Type Alias GltfBufferResolver

Supplies an external glTF buffer's bytes, by its uri as declared ("model.bin", a relative path, an absolute URL: passed through verbatim). Called at most once per external buffer, in buffer order.

The importer never fetches: this callback is the only way external bytes enter (fetch / FileReader / fs on the caller's side). Cap sizes here — reject URIs outside the asset's directory and buffers past a byte budget before returning them; oversized or hostile buffers otherwise land in memory unchecked.
