Removes triangles with a repeated vertex id, triangles whose area is at most area_epsilon times their longest edge squared, and duplicates: of triangles with the same vertex set, all but the one with the smallest id.

Errors

OpsError::InvalidInput when area_epsilon is negative, NaN or infinite; OpsError::Store when memory runs out.
