One chain of the cut: a closed loop or an open polyline.
Fields§
§points: Vec<[f64; 3]>The crossing point of each edge in edges, in the mesh’s local
coordinates (the f32 positions widened to f64, without the mesh
origin), not in the plane’s (u, v) frame: see
Plane::to_uv.
edges: Vec<(VertexId, VertexId)>The crossed edge (min id, max id) of each point.
triangles: Vec<TriangleId>The triangle of each segment: triangles[i] joins point i to point
i + 1, and the last one of a closed contour joins the last point to
the first. One fewer than the points when open, as many when closed.
closed: boolWhether the last point joins back to the first.
oriented: boolWhether every segment runs the same way along the contour, so that the triangles agree on their winding.
manifold: boolWhether no end of the contour is a split at a non-manifold edge.
